Return & Refund Policy

We hope that you love your purchase from Hind Creates, however if you don’t you are welcome to return the products upon these conditions:

 

Return:

• Order must be returned within 3 days of purchase for domestic orders and 20 days for international orders.
• The product MUST be unused, with its original packaging intact.
• The cost of return postage is at your own expense, and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return.
• We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned.

Refund:

• offered ONLY in the case of the product was delivered faulty
• Item must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date (for domestic orders in Bahrain), and 20 days (for international orders).
• Shipping cost will be covered by Hind Creates.
• The amount will be refunded in store credit.
